Mercury 115 EXLPT OptiMax

Three-cylinder two-stroke in-line outboard motors with revolutionary new control system. Optimaxpractically wipes off a border between two-and four-stroke engines. Direct fuel injection in combination with multipoint controlled oil supply provide these motors with unsurpassed specification. The cooling system is supplied with a thermostat and pressure regulator, what allows to support an optimum temperature condition. All these in combination with the highest quality of manufacture allows Mercury 115 Optimax engines to demonstrate enviable exhaust cleanness and economy. These motors are 45% more economical on producer`s data, than traditional two-stroke engines on average.

Even unprepared man can steer Mercury115 OptiMax due to the powerful electronic SmartCraft control system. All information about technical parameters is shown on a control panel and is represented on the devices displays. If some index (for example, number of turns) exceeds top possible limit, electronics will not only warn the driver of possible emergency situation but will also automatically change the mode of motor operation. A powerful (756 W) alternator with belt-drive is able to satisfy the highest requirements of electric power. Not only the most "gluttonous" navigation systems become accessible with Mercury115 OptiMax,but also most household electric appliances. Mercury OptiMax engines are supplied with lengthened (508 mm) and long (635 mm) dead-woods, electric starting, remote control and electro-hydraulic trimdrive (systems of engine tilt angle change).
